CW: 114 (4/5/2013)…It fluctuates between 112-115.

GW: None… just being fit and healthy.

That being said, I do have goals in mind when I exercise.

I want my muffin tops to go away (they don’t exist anymore), and I want to say bye to the fat on my inner thighs. I want my abs to show (they’re showing a little bit now!). And most importantly… I want to feel confident. :”)

So here’s my goal for body measurements:

Current waist: 27.5  25.5 in. (last measured: 4/5/2013)

Goal waist: 23 24 in.

Current Hip: 35  34 36 in. (4/5/2013)

»Gaol Hip to Waist Ratio: as close to 0.68 as possible!

Current upper arm: 9.5 in. (4/5/2013)

Goal for upper arm: 9 in.

Current upper thigh: 20 19 in. (4/5/2013)

Goal upper thigh: 18 in 

Current mid thigh: 17 in (4/5/2013)

Current lower thigh (right above knee): 13.5 in (4/5/2013)

And I have to include this…

My next challenge/goal would probably be running a half marathon?…MAYBE.
