BMI. How do I see it? It’s just a very, very rough guideline that is easy for the general population to have an estimate of their healthy weight.

For me, it’s useless.

Eating balanced meals, staying active, and keeping a healthy life style are enough for me.

If I want indicators, I can tell if I’m healthy or not from how much energy I have every day.

From how well I perform in my workouts.

From my muscle definition.

From the unpleasant layer of fat on parts of my body.

I don’t need to calculate a number to tell me if I’m healthy or if I need to lose fat.

My body tells me. :)
